Do Not Go Here the people are very rude and disrespectful. They give your pet unnecessary shots and if you refuse these shots they won't see your pet at all. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. This place is so unprofessional and it shows when you go there especially the woman who does the intake.
Response from the owner
We only give Rabies, Distemper Parvo, Lepto, and Bordatella, the four most basic shots. There are legal requirements for some of these shots. If someone rejects one of the legally required shots, then we have the to refuse to give any shots at all. This person would only be happy if we broke laws. I don't believe the government nor other "normal" people would be happy to know that we would break a law just to make a buck.
I had to put my cat down to sleep on October 26th. Very weak and very hydrated. Was crying so much.
I called this place to make an appointment relieved, thinking this place would be a perfect fit for my cat. But when I called, I was greeted by a very grumpy, rude gentlemen. He explained a rather odd payment method....
and when I informed him about my confusion, he quickly said "WELL YOU CAN GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT"If an establishment cannot even respect the human beings asking for help by clarifying, I highly doubt that their care for animals will be any better. PROCEED WITH CAUTION.
Response from the owner
The only time we actually try to not have a caller come to us is when the caller asks the same question over and over again, after we answer it twice, and then try to gently let the caller know that we can't talk endlessly, those type of callers usually resort to comments like "you're rude" or "you're unprofessional" as if nicely hinting that phone calls cannot be endless conversation is somehow "rude" or "unprofessional." Once they say that we tell them not to come to us because we know that person is not the kind of client whom we want. They are welcome to post all the negative reviews they want because "normal" people who read them realize that time is limited, much less during these times. Normal people automatically are respectful of others' time. Our Code of Conduct Page addresses this issue in detail. We are the highest volume one exam room veterinary practice in the tri state. There is a reason for that. We have perfected the technique to get rid of those who would up take so much of our time, not understand technical instructions, blame others for their own illiteracy to comprehend, that we would only be able to treat half the number of animals than we currently do if we tried to serve those type of folks, which means we could not be low cost. It is a shame that a small percentage of pet owners, who naturally love their pet, have not invested in their own life to be able to properly care for their pets, which means develop a normal behavior pattern in highly technical fields such as medicine.
Why they want to put to sleep my cat just for a bacteria??. I don't understand.
