Dr. Aronovici has taken such great care of our 2 bulldogs these past few years, we never felt rushed at our appointments because she always goes out of her way to answer our questions, which is so important to us. Fair pricing and never tried to sell us on things our dogs don't actually need (definitely dealt with this at other vets) You can tell she truly cares about the dogs that go here, which can be hard to find! The office is always very clean and the staff is always super friendly to my dogs, they even give them treats while they are getting shots so they are calm and happy! My favorite thing about the office is how private it is, you only go in when they are ready for you..
which is great if you want more privacy and quiet for your dogs in the waiting room. We are moving states which is bittersweet, I hope to find another vet who is as patient and as caring as she is, highly recommend her :)

Response from the owner

Cannot thank you enough for the kind words of appreciation!!! We continuously strive to give the best of us to all pets in our care, but cannot express how accomplished we feel when our efforts are recognized and clients feel safe with heir pet's care put in our hands. We will definitely miss you and mostly Sasha and Gizmo, always happy to see us!!!

Gianina Aronovici, DVM - “Dr. Genna”participated in a sponsored event for advertising purposes to grow her new practice and failed to make good on services honoring a gift certificate. My husband won a free spay and/or neuter gift certificate at this event prior to Covid. There is NO EXPIRATION DATE or stipulation ANYWHERE on the certificate. We recently rescued a puppy and called to use the gift certificate that was won at the event. DR. Genna informed the receptionist to tell us that the gift certificate WILL NOT be honored due to inflation and too much time had passed. Her code of ethics are questionable and definitely unfavorable as it obviously was a sole means of free advertisement for her new practice.

terrible. they told me to pick up my dog at 6 to then not update me that he wasn't going to be ready at that time.

Response from the owner

We are sorry that you had a bad experience. However, we did not have today or yesterday any dog procedure. We also could not find any client with your name. Because medicine, treatments, other emergencies are not a fixed science, we never give a definite time when pets left in our care are going to be "ready". We always advise owners that we will call when they are ready to be picked up.

DO NOT spend your time and money. Doctor is very confused with what to do and how to do it. I spent $400, hours waiting and my cat still in pain.

Response from the owner

Mrs Dasilva, Stomatitis in cats is not an easy, 2 injections and done - the condition is treated. The causes of stomatitis are too many to list them here. I was never made aware by my previous technician that Gray is a stray that you are feeding. I thought Gray, just like other cats, when they get in this environment, they are extremely stressed and impossible to touch. Both for his sake , as well as ours, I had to sedate him to be able to examine and see the last 4 teeth surrounded by an extremely inflamed gingiva. I recommended blood work and urine for 2 purposes: 1. to make sure he is not going to be an anesthetic risk when I would remove the last 4 causing pain teeth and 2. any indication of possible other primary disease. Unfortunately, as you know, his lab results showed early kidney disease and losing too much albumin through the urine, rendering him a poor candidate for anesthesia. At the time I was also able to give him an anti-inflammatory injection - Depo Medrol and an antibiotic injection Convenia - that lasts 2 weeks. You told us yourself that those 2 kept him pain free for about 3 weeks. I left you a couple of messages recommending that we treat him with a medication that would decrease the loss of protein through the urine, making him more stable to sustain anesthesia & extractions. Was waiting to hear back from you when you announced us that he is again, in pain, so I provided oral antibiotic and oral anti-inflammatory pills to keep him comfortable. When you made another appointment for injectables, I was not confused. I was just upset that I was NOT made aware by my previous technician, that you could not medicate him because he is a stray. It is unfortunate that you perceived me as "not knowing what to do" before I had the opportunity to suggest that I will find out if the medication Gray needed to lose less protein through the urine can be compounded and given in food. However, I want to thank you for giving me the perfect example of the consequences of lacking communication. I was able to advise my new team, that any type of miscommunication, either between me and the client or from the client to me through receptionist/technician has NO place in my clinic.
