Purchased online a ShelterCoat round 10'x16', green, ultra duty PVC from ShelterLogic Direct. All material arrived intact a week earlier than expected. Frame was a bit of work (nothing unexpected) but went together well with no missing parts or hardware. However, when we unpacked the cover it was too big, the wrong color, and not the ultra duty PVC. The PO number on the cover's tag did not match my PO number, which was on the side of the shipping box. This was a Sunday afternoon and I called the service number and talked to Rachel. She determined the covers for the 2 PO's were swapped and loaded into the wrong boxes. While still on the phone, Rachel placed a replacement order and sent me an email confirmation. On Tuesday FedEx picked up the wrong cover and on the following Saturday FedEx delivered a new cover. It took less than a week to correct the mistake.
All materials received look like they will stand up. The frame is sturdy and the cover material seems very rugged. I'm optimistic that the shelter will last a long time.
What impressed me the most was the terrific service in response to their mistake. No matter how good a company is, errors will occasionally happen but how the company's employees respond is what really defines the company. 5 stars for their service response

I purchased an 8x8 shelter logic approximately 1 year ago. Now i wish i would have just purchased a resin shed. The warranty on cover is one year because that is all you will get out of it before it starts to disintegrate from the sun like a cheap blue tarp. The side that the sun doesn't hit is still in tact. The photos will show the evidence. I was hoping to get at least 3 years out of it. Now i will just drape a canvas tarp over the frame. Essentially your buying a frame with this product and it comes with a tarp that lasts a year. I did a make shift repair with all weather gorilla tape. I won't even try to claim warranty on the tarp cause ill just have to replace it again in a year. Ill do a make shift in canvas.

Hello Steve, We are very sorry to hear about this! All our shelters include a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty, and if the cover tears within that period, we suggest submitting a claim and having that reviewed and possibly replaced by the corresponding department. Also, there are (3) different grades of material being the 6.5 oz standard fabric, 14.5 oz Heavy-Duty, and 21.5 oz Ultra Duty material. The heavier grade has longer warranty and life expectancies, which might better suit your needs.
